Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Plum Pharmacy & Agrovet. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns.

      • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
      • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at info@plum.co.ke to initiate the return process. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds.

      • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
      • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
      • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Products.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please Contact Us immediately. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item.

Non-Returnable Items.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Shipping Costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
